Tips For Avoiding Oxandrolone Side Effects


Anavar, a derivative of Dihydrotestosterone (DHT), is one of the most commonly used cutting cycle drugs. A potent anabolic steroid (also known as AnVar and Oxandrolone), this weight loss drug is a hit with male and female athletes as use of this steroid does not result in aromatization and virilization, which makes it women would not develop male secondary sexual characteristics and men would not develop estrogenic side effects.

Medically, this steroid is prescribed to treat patients suffering with health conditions like alcoholic hepatitis, AIDS, Turner syndrome and anemia. It could also be advised to those suffering from low calcium content in the bones or low bone density or those diagnosed with muscle wasting diseases like HIV/AIDS. Anavar could also be recommended to reduce hospital stay time, preserve muscle mass, and improve body composition. However, abuse or overdosing of this steroid can prove dangerous and may lead to side effects like bloating, high blood pressure, insomnia, tremors, hallucination, oily skin, acne, kidney damage, liver damage, stunted growth, depression, addiction, fatigue, restlessness, and gynecomastia.

Anavar abuse may also result in complications such as negative effects on an individual's personality, mood, relationships, and wrong assumptions about social realities. Overdosing of this steroid may also cause clitoral hypertrophy, infertility, or sexual dysfunction. Infertility, reduced sperm count, oily skin, acne, heart damage, increased risk of coronary diseases, fluid retention, shrinking of the testicles, and increased risk for breast and prostate cancer. In some cases, Anavar abuse can be a reason behind premature hair loss, loss of appetite, depression, dark urine, muscle cramps, nausea, vomiting, itching, difficulty in breathing, acne, changes in libido, menstrual irregularities, and mood changes.

It is important to note that Anavar tablets and injections should be stored at a controlled room temperature of 20° to 25°C (68° to 77°F) with excursions permitted to 15° to 30°C (59° to 86°F) in an air-tight container in a dark place. This steroid should never be taken by pregnant and breastfeeding women and those diagnosed with health complications such as breast cancer, high blood pressure, stroke, or prostate cancer.
